pleasant stay , but could improve service

The sea view balcony provided a stunning backdrop for my mornings. The staff were genuinely helpful during my stay, always ready to assist. Ample communal space allowed me to unwind comfortably. I appreciated the easy access to USB and C-ports for charging my devices.

Service levels fell short during peak dining hours.

the breakfast was just ok, very disappointing considering my expectations. To add insult, not only was I charged for the safe, but I was shocked that I didn’t receive a complimentary upgrade for my trouble. It seems this hotel has quite the nerve! I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

More organization needed regarding sunbed reservations!!! The hotel's steep hill may deter those with mobility issues!!! Charging for a safe is an unnecessary expense!!! Ensure better maintenance throughout the facilities!!!

This place was just a commendable fit for a quick trip in Puerto de la Cruz, offering good value for the price. The pool area was relaxing, and I enjoyed my time there despite the noise at the lower pool during classes. If you're planning to stay, consider opting for a sea view room to avoid extra noise.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel, particularly the diverse themes of the nightly dinner buffets! Julio at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay special. For a seamless experience, be sure to arrive early to nab a sunbed by the pool!

Would recommend for spending night

Comfortable room, friendly staff, I especially appreciated the extensive free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the relaxing outdoor swimming pool for unwinding after a day of exploring.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, our room was really clean and had a nice balcony with a great view. breakfast had a massive selection which was really nice. pool areas were clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available. it was a nice hotel with a good vibe overall.

the evening buffet could be better since some dishes were cold and not that tasty. also, there weren't enough sun loungers during peak times.

the fergus has a fantastic location, not far from the beach. we loved the large room with a comfy bed and amazing views from the big balconies. breakfast was very good, with plenty of food choices to satisfy everyone. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
